Physicians' Elemental Diet™ Dextrose Free Directions and/or Dosage Mix each heaping scoopful (33.3 g) in 7-8 oz. (207-236 mL) of cold or room temperature water. Sip the mixture slowly over a period of 15 to 60 minutes based on individual comfort. Additional water may be added to the mixture as desired.
